Return Policy

 If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction we will accept returns within 30 days of order date, providing that the merchandise is unworn and in its original NEW condition with tags attached (including packaging for individual items).

NEW means as you received it.  Items returned with deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, smoke or any other smell other than NEW cannot be returned.

 **ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. ** To obtain a return authorization number, please email CustomerService@Nyteez.com with:

 Non Returnable Items include: Seasonal items, Stockings, Body Stockings, Underwear, Lotions, Oils, Soaps, Candles and any other consumable item.

 - Refunds only, no exchanges.  If you need another size or color please re-order.  

 - Unauthorized Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 - NO Refunds for returns not in original condition.

 - Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable.

 - A minimum of $5.95 S&H will be deducted from refunds for orders that qualified for free shipping.
